EEG & Neuroengineering

Neural Engineering and Brain-Computer Interfaces, , 2026

Extensive experience in neural engineering, with particular expertise in electroencephalography (EEG), neural signal analysis, and brain-computer interface development.

My work has included EEG acquisition and experimental design, signal processing, feature extraction, and neural decoding. I have investigated sensorimotor rhythms associated with movement and graded motor effort and developed approaches for translating neural activity into control signals for brain-computer interfaces and rehabilitation applications.

My neuroengineering experience also extends to intracortical recordings, single- and multi-unit neural analysis, electromyography, functional electrical stimulation, and the development and evaluation of real-time neural interfaces. This work has spanned healthy participants, clinical populations, and preclinical research models.

More broadly, I use neuroengineering as one example of how physiological signals can be transformed into meaningful information about human function and ultimately into practical technologies.
